It’s hard to imagine the cruelty of some people towards animals. But for Amsai, a dog who was tied to a pole with a steel rope in the heat, it was his reality. He wanted to lie down, but he couldn’t. The steel wire wrapped around his belly and tied to the top of the pole made it impossible for him to rest. His exhaustion and dehydration were evident as he fell to the grass after being untied. The photo of him in that condition would forever stay in our minds.

Thankfully, a kind-hearted person rescued Amsai and took him to the vet. The dog was in bad shape and had marks on his body from the steel wire. But he still had a chance to walk normally, and with the help of his rescuer, he would practice every day to regain his strength.

The road to recovery wasn’t easy for Amsai. He had to stay at the vet for a while to receive treatment, and he threw up plastic bags, indicating the unimaginable conditions he had been subjected to before his rescue. But with time, patience, and love, Amsai began to heal. He drank water, ate nutritious food, and practiced walking until he could wag his tail happily while exploring every nook and cranny.

The day Amsai was ready to leave the vet, his joy was evident. He had improved a lot, and his exam results were good. It was time for him to start his new life, a life he deserved, filled with love and care.

Amsai would live with his rescuer and receive all the nutritious food, care, and love he needed to grow into a beautiful, healthy dog. The past was behind him, and the future was full of hope and possibilities.
