In a heroic effort to prevent a dangerous snake from biting its owner’s young kid, a brave pet dog lost its life after repelling the serpent.

Security cameras installed outside a house in the city of Kidapawan, in the Philippines, captured two black dogs with long legs attacking the snake.

Shortly after the incident, the four-year-old dachshund died from the feces, but Moxie was blinded by the snake’s venom.

Sкye, the dachshund’s owner’s one-year-old daughter, was dominating inside the house on Friday when the incident occurred.

Jaime Seliм, Skye’s father, stated that he and his wife Pauie were only informed of the incident after they arrived home.

Jaime said, “My wife and I were out for work.”
